The April 6th 2017, the factory Fibre Excellence – Tarascon have gently open its gate to make us visit their mill.

The factory was built in 1951 and rebuilt in 1981. It produces Softwood Bleached Kraft Pulp which come from a 280km diameter around the factory.

​

It has the certification PEFC, FSC, ISO 9001 & 14001, The factory produced around 270.000 T/year of dry pulp.

​

This visit allows us to look how pulp is created, bleached and dried from the fiber line to pulp pressing. But also, all the security of the site which concern everyone.
